四 | （来源/受访者供图）偷拍女子的丈夫受到行政拘留十日的处罚。（来源/受访者提供）小楠说，兰陵县公安局对偷拍女子谭某及丈夫刘某均作出行政处罚。两份行政处罚决定书（下称决定书）显示，谭某和刘某两人都受到了行政拘留十日并处罚款1000元的处罚。谭某的决定书显示，现查明自2026年7月份以来，违法行为人谭某利用到兰陵县某游泳馆游泳之机，在游泳馆淋浴间、更衣室多次使用手机拍摄多名女性隐私照片，其中涉及未成年人，拍摄后谭某使用个人微信将部分偷拍照片发送到其丈夫刘某的微信。
